Naughtyafter9.com, a subsidiary of Afterhour fashion inc. was established by Mr. Demetri Koutsopanagos (CEO/Pres) in April 2007 and launched in October 2008. The name "Naughty after 9" was thought of and despite the controversy of some who believed it was going to be another porn site, it still was launched for a number of ethical reasons.
Some of these reasons were:
